I purchased a scope this past year at the gun show in Albany and I later realized the scope had a factory defect. I got ahold of zaccheos and they made it right quickly. Sending me another brand new scope and sending a already pre paid postage to send the defected scope back. They made it very easy and comfortable to work with, for that reason they deserve a 5 out of 5 rating. I definitely plan on making future purchases with them.
