Incoming Handgun Transfer Requirements/Procedure: 

Transfer from another FFL:

• After the gun is purchase the buyer must complete a transfer request form {Click Here}
• We will contact the seller and obtain proper paperwork for forward our FFL.
• Once the handgun is received we will process the paperwork on our end and you will automatically sent an invoice.
• That invoice can be printed and brought to your local County Pistol Permit Clerk to have the handgun added to your permit.
• Please note that there may be additional paperwork and an additional fee for adding a pistol to your permit that your county pistol permit office may require and is the customer responsibility. 
• Once the handgun has been added to your permit you will be notified by your pistol permit office that you can pick up your new pistol permit card(s) and the green coupon.
• You then can bring the coupon and permit and drivers licence to our showroom and pick up your handgun. **​You MUST bring the green coupon with you. If you do not bring it we cannot transfer the handgun.** 
• Once at our show room you will undergo a FBI NICS Background Check. *​If you fail to pass a NICS background check we will NOT transfer ownership of the handgun. The only reason we could be able to transfer the handgun is if the FBI NICS section changes their response.  
• The $25.00 (+ tax) transfer fee is do at this time. 

The above also applies for Long Gun Transfer. However no long guns need to be added to your permit.
